In a large saucepot add butter, garlic, onions and meats. Cook over Medium heat until meat starts to brown. Add peppers, seasonings, Cilantro & Lime Juice. Cook for 10 mins. Add tomato and brown sugar. Puree chipotle and jalapeno in food processor and add to pot. Add beans and bring mixture to a simmer and cook for one hour stirring every 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. *Best served with shredded pepper jack cheese and dollop of sour cream!
